Note:

1. 20W USB-C charging is only available when the 2 USB-A ports are not in use.

2. If you have a USB-A to Lightning or USB-A to MagSafe cable connected to the USB-A port, please disconnect and then reconnect the cable before charging.

3. The USB-A port does not support Quick Charge 3.0. Devices equipped with Quick Charge, such as the Galaxy series, will charge at regular speed.

4. Quick Charge and Power Delivery technologies are not supported on the USB-C port when using both ports simultaneously.

5. The USB ports of this product are not compatible with laptops.
